TICKET POLICIES
To arrange tickets for groups of 15 or more people at a discounted rate, please contact us at 519-846-0331 or info@elorafestival.ca
Child tickets are for people 12 years old and younger. Student ticket purchasers must have a valid student ID.
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours before a performance for a service fee of $5 per ticket. Any price difference will be charged accordingly or credited to your account. Exchanges are only accepted in this current Festival season. Tickets cannot be returned for a tax receipt.
Gambrel Barn, St. Joseph’s Parish, Fieldstone Barn, and Melville United Church are physically accessible and St. John’s Anglican Church has accessible facilities located in an adjacent building.
Ticket holders with a CNIB or PAL card may receive a complimentary ticket for their companion.
Sandy Hills Regional Forest is a trail with uneven terrain and we recommend the ability of walking a significant distance.
Please notify the Elora Festival of special requirements so we can advise and help you access and enjoy festival performances.
The Family Concerts and Music in the Village concerts are appropriate for families with infants. The Festival recommends that children be five years of age or older to attend concerts in all other venues.
FAQ's
When purchasing your tickets, you will have the option to either: have your tickets emailed to you, have your tickets to be picked up at our box office, or pay a delivery fee to have the tickets mailed to you. Gambrel Barn: Parking for Gambrel Barn performances is located across the street at the Grand River Raceway (7445 Wellington County Rd 21, Elora). We have staff on hand to assist all concert attendees to cross Wellington County Rd 21 safely. Accessible parking is located at the Gambrel Barn.
St. John’s Anglican Church: Street parking is available near the church, but space is limited. Accessible parking is located around the church on Henderson Street and Smith Street. Centre Wellington offers a free Elora & Fergus downtown shuttle service that runs every hour on weekends from 11PM - 5PM. Visit their website for more information.
St. Joseph’s Parish: Parking is located at the lot around the church.
Melville United: Parking is located at the lot at the church, but space is limited. Street parking is also available on St Andrew Street W.
Sandy Hills Regional Forest: Parking will be located at Grand River Community Church (7438 Wellington Rd 18, Elora). School Buses will take hikers to and from the forest at your allotted time.
Doors open half an hour before the scheduled performance time.
The Elora Festival does not permit audio or video recording of performances. Photography is allowed; however, flash photography is strictly prohibited. Please ensure that all cell phones and other electronic devices are silenced before the performance begins.
