TICKET FEES 

All tickets will have HST added and are subject to a processing fee. Child ticket: ages 13 and under. Student ticket: must have a valid student ID. 

 

REFUNDS 

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours before a performance for a service charge of $5.00 per ticket. Any price difference will be charged accordingly or credited to your account. Exchanges are permitted only within the current Festival season. Tickets cannot be returned for a tax receipt.

 

PROMOTIONS 

There will be no exchanges for tickets purchased under promotional offers. Promotions cannot be duplicated or combined. All promotions are available by phone only and are valid only at the time of initial purchase.

 

ACCESSIBILITY 

The Festival is Dementia Friendly and all venues are physically accessible. Accessible facilities for St. John’s Church are located in an adjacent building. Patrons must notify the Elora Festival in advance of any mobility requirements. Patrons with a CNIB or PAL card can receive a complimentary ticket for their companion. INFANT POLICY 

The Festival encourages access for all, however, for all concerts except Family Series we would recommend against bringing infants less than two years of age into the venues.

 

CHANGES 

Artists, repertoire, dates, prices, and program order are subject to change without notice.

 

RECORDING DEVICES 

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed into the venues unless authorized by the Elora Festival.

 

SEATING DURING THE CONCERT 

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break.
