Dear Friends of the Elora Festival –
In light of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with the Government of Canada’s directives, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone our 2020 summer festival, which was to have taken place from July 11 – 26.
The health and safety of our staff, artists and patrons is of the utmost importance to us as an organization and we hope to be able to gather again soon to present world-class concerts to our loyal fans and supporters.
To those who have already purchased tickets for the Elora Festival, we offer you the following options:
- You may donate the cost of your ticket(s) for a charitable tax receipt, recognizing the likely financial challenge the pandemic will represent for the Elora Festival and other arts and cultural organizations. You will receive a full tax receipt including HST.
- You may receive a gift certificate for the value of your ticket(s) to be used towards a concert in the future.
- You may request a full refund or partial refund by donating a portion of your ticket cost to the Elora Festival.
We will be in touch directly with Festival ticketholders to discuss these options. Please check our website and follow us on social media for updates about future plans, when conditions allow.
